If the product is purchased from an unauthorized or off-price retailer, this will automatically void the warranty. Once you do this, you’ll be directed to the STATE Bags Return Center where you'll have the opportunity to process your return or exchange and leave any additional comments regarding your purchase.
As for the shipping policy, all orders are shipped from their fulfillment center in New Jersey. They offer Fedex Ground Economy, Fedex 2-Day and Fedex Standard Overnight shipping services.
